Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with shipment details.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows: Within Karachi: 2–4 working days. Other cities in Pakistan: 3–7 working days. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Any additional delivery charges, such as for exchanges, will be communicated clearly.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (depending on the information provided). You can use these details to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the customer is unavailable after multiple attempts, the order may be returned, and re-delivery may require additional charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. In case of a lost shipment, please contact our support team for assistance.

Damaged or Open Parcels

If you receive a damaged or opened parcel, please do not accept it or report it immediately to our support team with pictures.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
