All our sizes are in EURO sizing. Please refer to the SIZE CHART attached to each product’s details before placing your order. Checking your size in advance can help avoid the need for size exchanges.

Once your size exchange request is confirmed, it will be processed within 7 days.

Yes, a delivery charge of Rs. 300/- will apply for size exchanges.

For “Change of Mind” returns, 10% of the product price will be deducted. Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. Used products or those missing the tag are not eligible for refund.

Returns are only valid for defective or faulty products. Products returned due to a “Change of Mind” are not eligible for a full refund.

The customer is responsible for the delivery charges while sending the product back to us.
