Size Information

All our products are available in EURO sizes. To help our customers choose the correct size, we provide a complete Size Chart and Size Guide with every product description under the title “SIZE CHART.”

We strongly recommend that customers carefully review the size chart and compare it with their body measurements before placing an order. This will help ensure that the selected size fits properly and reduces the chances of size-related issues after delivery.

Please note that sizes may vary slightly depending on the design, style, or material of the product, so checking the size chart for each product individually is very important.

Customer Responsibility Before Ordering

Before placing an order, customers are advised to:

  • Carefully read the product description and check the size chart.
  • Confirm that the selected size matches their body measurements.
  • Contact our support team if they need help choosing the correct size.

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it will be assumed that the customer has selected the size according to the provided size guide.

Size Exchange Eligibility

If the size you ordered does not fit properly, we offer a size exchange facility within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact.
  • The item must not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Processing Time

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our exchange requirements.

After successful inspection, the exchange process will begin, and the replacement item will be shipped within 7 working days, depending on stock availability.

Exchange Delivery Charges

For every size exchange request, a delivery charge of Rs. 300/- will apply for sending the replacement item to the customer.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for sending the product back to our address at their own expense.

This means the customer will bear the return delivery charges when sending the item back to us for the exchange process.

Stock Availability

All exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested size is out of stock, our customer support team will contact you to offer:

  • An alternative available size, or
  • An alternative product of similar value.
Important Notes
  • Exchanges are only applicable for size changes, not for refunds.
  • Products purchased on sale or discount may have different exchange conditions.
  • We recommend customers check their size carefully before ordering to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.
Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the product you receive is defective, faulty, or damaged during transit. This includes issues such as manufacturing defects, broken components, or incorrect items sent. Returns due to “Change of Mind” are strictly not allowed. We strongly recommend checking the product carefully immediately upon delivery to identify any defects or damages. Any issues must be reported promptly to be eligible for a return.

Refund Policy for “Change of Mind”
  • In rare cases where a refund may be considered for “Change of Mind”, 10% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The request for such a refund must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Any request made after 2 days will not be accepted.
  • The product must be in perfect, unused condition with all original tags attached to qualify for this type of refund.
Condition of Product for Refund
  • Refunds will not be processed if the product shows any signs of use, such as worn soles, scratches, or stains.
  • If the original tags are missing, Sole Comforts will not entertain refund requests, even if the product is unused.
  • To ensure eligibility for a return or refund, the product must be kept in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
